2024 Kentucky FIRST Robotics Scholarships

The 2024 Kentucky Scholarship application is now open.  Deadline is 11:59pm ET on Friday, March 15, 2024.  Winners will be notified and announced on Monday, April 1, 2024.  These scholarships are open to any Kentucky high school senior who is or has previously participated in any level of FIRST programming in Kentucky. There will be two $500 and two $300 scholarships awarded this year.    The application can be found at:

The mission of KY FIRST Robotics is to establish a robust and sustainable FIRST Robotics Program for k-12 youth throughout the state of Kentucky.  At the heart of this mission is our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and the impact that early exposure to STEM learning can influence equitable outcomes for our future workforce.

teams are not limited to what's in the box to build their robots! In fact, they don't have to buy any box kit, but there are kits available if they choose to go that route.
