KY FIRST Robotics supports students, teams, and volunteers across the Commonwealth through hands-on robotics programs and competitive events. Our work spans classrooms, competition venues, and communities throughout Kentucky, and it takes a dedicated, flexible team to make it all happen.

We are a small but growing nonprofit organization, which means our staff members wear multiple hats, collaborate closely, and have a direct impact on students and volunteers. Current Openings
​​Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Schedule: Approximately 5 hours per week, expected increase in work hours as the organization grows
Pay: $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Work Type: Fully remote
KY FIRST Robotics is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to support accurate and timely financial management for a growing nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities

Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online

Process and reconcile transactions and receipts for all accounts

Support and manage team accounts

Support monthly reporting and financial reviews

Assist with grant and program expense tracking

Participate in standing meetings as needed
Requirements

Experience with QuickBooks Online

Background in nonprofit accounting

Availability for some meetings Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Eastern
