Guidebook
The Team Guidebook is a comprehensive resource designed to help teams prepare for and navigate the event. It includes important information about schedules, venue logistics, judging, parking, dining options, and other details to support a smooth and successful experience.
Many of the topics included in the guidebook are also available individually throughout the Team Information section of this website. The guidebook simply compiles these details into a single document for easy reference.
Please note that the guidebook will continue to be updated as additional information becomes available. Teams are encouraged to check back periodically for the most current version.
Competition Manual Supplement
All competition rules, procedures, and event-specific exceptions are contained in the Competition Manual Supplement. Teams should review this document carefully prior to the event.

Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors serve as representatives of KY FIRST, helping welcome and engage special guests while sharing their experiences in robotics. The primary commitment is Friday from 2:00–4:00 PM (report at 1:30 PM), with possible additional opportunities during the event.
